I'd assume it's still just like that one spot near emerald trail->spiders at mount wynn->llevigar spiders (or early herb cave)->herb cave->waterfall (i.e. living scrap) for hyper levelling or something like that

mount wynn spiders are literally on crack, while llevingar spiders are a not on crack and diagnosed with cancer version of mount wynn spiders

also how do i get to 140 int on my archer with morph aaaaah i can only get to 105

You can't anymore with the sp nerfs morph received (assuming weapon sp is not involved).
