I thought about it, after you apply all the effects you can from beacons, potions, and arrows, you still need to be near an elder guardian, get hit by a shulker projectile, get hit by a wither skeleton, and eat a pufferfish and a golden apple.

mojang would have to implement better armor and steel leads at this point
