@Stena Lance Check that you also have your map of gateway island (the untradeable item) in your inventory

@Rixium oh crap, I never got that. And my inventory wasn't full either. How did u get yours?

@Stena1392 coming to think of it I am not sure whether it's an untradeable item or quest item at that stage. Relend was supposed to pass it (back) to you after telling you to get the items for the stew. I myself wasn't able to pass the odd stew to Relend until I had the map in my inventory. Try /fixquests?
