Yes, but what have I got a ban? I have answer, where are my Crates was or why I haven´t the Crates in my Menu. I played 3 years on the Server and don´t want to come in trouble or like this. And I have search for Help. Sorry for the trouble here. ^^

If you charge back your purchase you get banned. Support can help if you didn't receive it.

Thank you for your help. :-) (I have send a mail) But PayPal have a protection, when the user don´t get the article and when I can pay with PayPal, you must agree that right? Also I don´t want my money back, I have answer where are my Crates was. Nothing else. :-(
