@SeemsLegit it's pretty simple, there are a multitude of programming languages. All of them take a string of code and translate it into binary (0's and 1's). And every single "language" has it's own specific meaning of each string of code

for example:
<something> in HTML is the same as [SOMETHING] in BBCode (what forums use)
