Lately, there have been a lot of Bug reports which have been solved by simply switching from 1.13 to 1.12.2. Most answers in Bug Reports are basically "Try switching to 1.12.2"!

My suggestion would be to create a sticky post telling players to try 1.12.2 first, and if the bug still persists creating an issue.

Sounds cool, but I’m pretty sure a very large majority of people pay no attention to those stickied posts (just look at the amount of ‘I lost an item’ threads) and the ones who do pay attention know to try not playing in 1.13.

But I do agree with this, maybe it would be possible to program a bot that responds with ‘have you tried switching to 1.12’ to all bug reports?

 

Making the screen for wynncraft (when you join the server you click the screen for wynncraft) shows that the best version is 1.12.2 will be a very good way to solve this problem.
