World World Event: Invasions

I've been playing wynncraft for quite a while and I've travelled to almost every town, city and village.But I've seen that every town, city or village is surrounded by monsters.And i've always wondered "There are loads of monsters here why aren't they attacking the towns?". Probably because of guards, but it's not realistic for 2 (or more) guards to protect a town from that many monsters. So, I came up with an idea.

Invasions: Every 30-50 min, a random town,city or village will be invaded by monsters (except Ragni so as not to confuse newbies). If a players is in the region they will recieve a message: "{Town} is being invaded would you like to assist the guards? Yes/No" If you press "no" you get teleported out of the town and you can't get in until the invasion ends.If you press "yes" you have to survive 5 waves of monsters.The 1st wave is a swarm of weak and slow mobs for a warm-up, the 2nd has stronger and faster mobs, the 3rd adds some healers, the 4th even stronger mobs and the last spawns a boss with a lot of armor and damage.If the players defeat the monsters then everyone in the town is rewarded with 5 EB - 2LE (depending on the lvl of the town). If the players are defeated, a message appears: "The monsters have successfully invaded {Town} and looted the guards.The players who lost, lose 10%-50% of their emeralds(again depending on the lvl of the town).

Important details: 1) if the server is restarting, there will be no invasions.
2) players that try to get in a town that is being invaded will get the message that is mentioned earlier.So they can still help stop the invasion if they want.
3) more monsters invade higher lvl towns (up to 25% more monsters)
4) players can't join the invasion during the last wave

Answered questions: Why should people be locked out of town?: It gives players a reason to fight.
How long does an invasion last?: If players kill the monsters quickly then it won't last long. But I believe the average time would be about 2-5 min for small towns and 5 - 15 min for larger ones.
What do you mean by "small and larger towns"?: Towns like Detlas, Gelibord, Olux, Nesaak etc are small while
Large towns or cities like Almuj, Cinfras, Llevigar, Corkus City are really large.
What about villages?: Villages are smaller than towns with little to no guards: Katoa ranch, Elkurn, Ternaves, Bremminglar, Efilim etc. They still get invaded and the invasion's average time equal to a town's (2-5 min).

Making it an event that happend in every month will be better.
There was something like that called swarms but they removed it because of the lag (I don’t really know how swarms work).

They tried to add swarms in 1.14.1 the gameplay update but it didn’t make it.
