World Horse Breeding System Change

So, I think the current breeding system is a bit bland, and is too risky. Its not worth burning through your LE to attempt to get a chestnut or white horse. Sure, they are the best means of land transportation (unless you want an agility build for archer that does no damage), but the price on the trade market shouldn't be that high.

I think there should be instead 8 types of horses instead of 4, so it can work with my system.

So...my new system I have created for breeding horses. Please dont hate meh, this is imo.

Horses will have 8 tiers. From lowest to highest: Donkey, Mule, Brown, Grey, Chestnut, Dark Grey (does that exist?), Black, White. Each horse will have a 5 levels so the best horse wont be like flash on steroids.

You can buy a donkey for 10 EB (or 11). You will still gain a free donkey after you complete stable story, and you can only buy horses at lvl 34. Horses will also be untradable and maybe have a lvl min??

You can create a horse slot beside where your quest book and soul points will be, you cant drop it.

The horse will work on a level up or level down system. You have a 50% chance for each (idk if its balanced). If you level up, both horses will be lost and you will gain a new one, if you level down, one horse will be lost.

To prevent rich players just always combining, all the horses have to be maxed to make share people actually use them, and spend time on them, instead of selling them off like a money item that you can gain quickly.

When the horses are max leveled, you place them both down and apples?? (not corrupted ) (this will be the 50/50 chance. There could maybe be other items that give you a higher chance to tier up,like maybe some other rare foods?

A horse baby will spawn after you breed them, and you will gain the saddle. You can ride the baby but it will be slow, and u might have to wait a few min so players dont instantly ride away. It could give players the feeling that they have a horse, but they cant rode it.

Horse saddles always say they have no armour. I can add on to it. If you find some armour (maybe a rare drop, loot chest item, or horse merchant sell), you can apply it to your horse and they can maybe gain buffs, like runs faster, makes you take less damage when on it (resistance)

You can maybe also buy a portable bank to put on your horse It will probably cost all the costs of all rows of the normal bank x2 or x1 and will only have one row when placed. You will need to get maxed first before you but one though. You will also have to do a quest.

It doesnt really matter whether or not its right. Its just necessarry .-. We have way too little money sinks and the amount of money that can be gained in game is infinite. There have to be ways for the richer ppl to waste away their money otherwise the inflation will grow even more insane so taking away like the only money sink we have (other than reid i suppooooooseee..) would be a terrible mistake. Sorry

 

I think horses shouldn't be a money sink, it can be much better without, but we'll need another money sink to balance it

 

Horses are a good money sink because everything above black is just luxury and not necessarry and ends up rather expensiveish so chestnut and especially white horse are the real money sinks and black is supposed to be used by your average cayual player i suppose. Thus i think its a good money sink

tier 2 = 30eb
tier 3 = 90eb
tier 4 = 270eb (~4le)
tier 5 = 810eb (12le)
tier 6 = 2430eb (37le)
tier 7 = 7290eb (113le)
tier 8 = 21870 (341le)
you managed to create a more expensive system

that's stupid, imagine if I want to get a tier 8, I'd have to ride 2187 tier one horses on average to get it.

Those prices are just the breeding, there's also the effort you have to put into the training

It won't be effort, imagine you are riding on a tier 6 horse speeding around but then you have to ride on 1/10 horses

 

Then the chances should be raised for effort

 

It won't matter, it's annoying to go from the second best maxed horse to tier one.
