Yuno's Easy Recipes #3 Eastern Style Cauliflower

    so for this delicious dish youll need the following:
    cauliflower
    oil
    salt
    tahini sauce (optional)
    lemon juice (optional)
    garlic (optional)
    green onion (optional)

    the first step is to chop the cauliflower into a lot of little pieces, not too small tho.
    after that youll spread some salt all over the flowers
    meanwhile heat up the oil in a frying pan
    put in as much flowers as you can in the pan as long as they touch the oil
    turn the flame to medium and keep flipping the flowers until they receive a brown color and a soft texture (be careful not to burn them)
    repeat until all of the flowers are soft and brown, but them in a plate and spread some salt on them.

    its really tasty hot right off the pan but its a great snack when its cool too.

    in my family we just spread a bit of salt on the hot flowers and eat it with tahini sauce (we like to make tahini with a lot of lemon and garlic)
    in my gf's family they let the flowers cool and put lemon juice and garlic over them.
    the green onion makes it look pretty and adds to the texture.
