(0.5 second cooldown to prevent instant charges from multi-hit attacks) Waterfall - (For lament) Heal also gives 3 mana to anyone other than the caster for the first pulse only. Insanity (a spin off of madness) - killing an enemy activates a random ability (possibly includes melee powder attacks?) fus ro dah (lol memes) - Changes war scream to an instant blast of 350% damage in a wide area. Causes 15 blocks of knockback (rip combo). Any thoughts?
