Custom NPC is very similar to a command block, actually it is more like several. If there were problems it was with the code, not the NPC, there is very little difference between interaction of one quest and another, and no limit to either.

 

in wynn there isn't an npc that is being used for two quests, the only thing that is even remotely close to that is the king of ragni appearing twice once in kings recruit at level 1 and second time at wynnexcavation D and even there its two different npc's.

 

you dont know wynn systems, please stop

 

tbh I don't either, its just what I was told while helping on the GitHub.

 

the gms i think have stated that they cant use 1 npc to start 2 quests or something

 

I'm not debating that, I'm simply stating that it is possible.

 

oh it is absolutely possible, just not with the current system wynncraft uses.
