Wynntils Not Working

    I downloaded Forge on my computer and I downloaded Wynntils, but when I open the game, the mod doesn't show up in the mods, but its in the mods folder. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

    Update: I found another mods folder hidden in .minecraft>libraries>cpw with some files called bootstraplauncher, modlauncher, and securejarhandler. I tried deleting this folder and putting the mod in the other one but it still didn't work, and the folder just showed up again even after I deleted it. Is there supposed to be 2 mods folders? If so, I'm still not sure as to why Wynntils isn't showing up in game.
