Wiki isn't a reliable source and I'm pretty sure the highest you could get is a t4. Even if you could get a t6, it definitely wasn't guaranteed.

 

But it's the Official Wiki also I've seen people in videos get it from there

 

The wiki can be edited by literally anyone, so it is not reliable. Most of the time, it is also outdated. Also, if you have seen people get it from videos, then it was possible (if you provide said videos to support what you claim) but I know for a fact it was not guaranteed as I was playing when they existed, and I typically only got t3-t4 powders.

Getting a Tier 6 from a shrine is a fairly low chance, but still pretty easy when shrines existed

 

Where exactly does he get said t6 powder? If you're going to say the chat, that is saying he broke the seal, not that he actually got the powder, meaning he could've gotten a powder of any tier and therefore it proves nothing.

It was basically the way to powder farm before lb affecting chests existed.

 

It's a relatively low-chance but if it didn't appear in but I can assure you that there is a chance to get a Tier 6 from a Relic, ask a Mod if necessary, but you just don't wanna believe, being kinda non-believing about something can really trigger people, but whatever go ask a Mod not me

 

In all my time running powder relics never got a t6 :shrug:

Depending on the situation, someone's word is not enough for me. This has gone off topic though because I mentioned powders, so my apologies, but you have yet to provide actual evidence for your claim. Therefore, I will wait until proven otherwise that I am wrong.
