    Hi, So I was curious if there was a download for the WynnPack, the reason I ask is because when I join I get partial lag from the server loading the assets of the pack (And I feel like downloading it will make it easier then the server downloading it for me), making myself vulnerable to mobs. If anyone has a link to the download I would love to know :D

    No, there isn't.

    However, moving the proper legacy file from your server_resource_packs folder in .minecraft to your resource_packs folder will result in the same thing.
