Wynnexcavationc Bug

So I was doing my daily stuff on Wynncraft, grinding, doing quests, ect. I started the WynnExcavation Site C quest. I went into the volcano, spied on the meeting, talked to"???" and such. I then went to the room where the Red Shards are located. I went under the giant red gem to get the shards, and none were there. I searched for a while, changing servers, relogging, ect. I could not find any Red Shards. I then went to a video, and the video showed that they spawned right there. I then talked to a staff, but sadly they could not help me. I am still stuck in the volcano waiting for someone to assist me in getting the red shard. I believe this is a bug. I heard people say that "Quests are broken" and such, however I just wanted to share my problem to see if I could get any help.

Now thinking of it, I probably should have put this in "Bugs" selection on the forums... Uhh, sorry about that. Im not too good with forums. Sorry again.

 

It's a bug, same problem happened with Aldorei's secret part 1, purple and blue, the ultimate weapon, Wynn site B, suspended flowers and many other quests where the items you need to collect spawns on the floor

 

There is currently a bug where no items are dropping.

 

Ok thanks. Do you have any estimated guesses when it'll be fixed? Or just the background knowledge that there is a bug?
