Wynnexcavation Site D Item [solved!]

So, at the end of WynnExcavation Site D, you get the "Royal Token of Gratitude", which Ragni's King says you can trade in for the item he wished he could give you.

My question is WHERE do you trade it in?

If someone knows, can you please tell me?

In Cinfras (Central city of Gavel), there is a merchant named the King's Merchant I believe near the main road. Using the royal token, you can buy a powerful amulet from this merchant based on your current build.
