Oh right I was going to change that system. Here is the new, D&D-inspired system.

Spoiler: Spellcasting System

So, the way this works is that you have a number of spell slots equal to your level+your Intelligence+10. Once all slots are used, you can regain all spell slots through a long rest. Movement spells(spell 2) only cost half of a slot to cast.

So, therefore, @Virtus, you just used one of your 11 spell slots.

There don't appear to be any more hostiles. Maybe you should go back into town.

Honestly I just have things deal whatever damage I want them to, so that it isn't OP, at least in my eyes, and it gives me the power to balance things however I want. I try to keep damages within the boundaries of the normal damages the weapon would deal in Wynn

 

Oh yeah more questions

What do soul points do?
How will attack speed on weapons work?
How would spacing and attack ranges work?

 

1. There are no soul points, it isnt like they would do anything anyway.
2. Attack speed would judge how many times you can attack per turn, for example:
-Super Fast/Very Fast: 2 Attacks per 1 turn
-Fast/Normal/Slow: 1 Attack per 1 turn
-Very Slow/Super Slow: 1 Attack per 2 turns
3. I mean, like normal D&D, ranged weapons can attack from farther distances, and melee ones attack closer to the target.

 

but how far away exactly, and also i mentioned a battle map for this so we can have locations and stuff like that

 

Um, I don't know any battle maps. I think I said this already, and so when we started, I suggested just to make sure where you were by nearby landmarks

 

I think since this is a mix of wynncraft and D&D, the wynndata map could do for a battlemap, some small changes can be done as well.

it will definitely not be a perfect or even good battle map, but something is better than nothing.

"There are barracks near the southern gate.", I tell Xylina.

 

"I think i'd rather sleep in a forest of spiders rather than have men look at me while i sleep"
"Though still we should check it out if its our only option.." Xylina uncomfortably says

 

"Possibly not, there's still Katoa Ranch, up past the northern gate."

 

"Who's going to let us stay at a Ranch... They might but i don't want to wake up with a cow on my face"

some wood from anywhere and u can start a fire
U can eat wild food as well as hunt.
