Wynncraft On Hytale

ok, basically your ENTIRE ARGUMENT is based off of the idea that A. Minecraft is dying and people are ready to jump ship to Hytale and B. Hytale is guaranteed to be a smash hit success that’s universally loved. NEITHER of those are true. If hytale hase 15 million views, even assuming that ALL of those are individual viewers, that’s still less than a sixth of Minecraft’s monthly playerbase as of TWO MONTHS AGO. Not to mention that the whole point of a trailer is to make the game look as good as possible. Look at fallout 76’s trailers. Or No Man’s Sky’s launch trailer. Also, you’re saying either that A. The CT should double their workload to support two different servers on two different games, or B. Wynn should abandon minecraft on the gamble that everyone will be willing to buy, switch to, and completely reset ALL OF THEIR PROGRESS for a new game. Both of these are just not likely. Also, the EULA was put in place after a huge shitstorm because it turns out that pay-to-win tends to piss people off

 

Known him for a bit. We've talked before. Experience, too. Smash Heroes was a good example; ran out of steam quickly and was weird as hell to play. They immediately left the game in the dust because it didn't catch on with the community.

I haven't seen him do a good launch of a game since early 2015, and that was a mega walls update.

Yeah a game that has been out for 10 years doesn't have as many player as it used to, guess its dying, but you know what will be a great success? A Rippoff game of the said dying game, that isn't even out yet. Yeah pretty sure Wynn should just jump the ship.

It is, but it is also a tool for creating MMORPGs

 

they plan to make modding a big part of the game so i think it would be easier to create quality stuff there, as the game is planned to have heavy modding

We get it it's a quest not to mention it has been conversed aimlessly on the forums even though it would be impossible and strip wynncraft of all its flavor for working on a project owned by another company that the community thinks is their rival.

And it doesn't need a damn filler copy of the server they are currently running, as Minecraft seems bland but if it has a balanced amount of salt and pepper it can be impressive but Hytale literally kills off the purpose, also it'd suck to see Wynncraft literally giving a bigger batch of money than they currently have to Hypixel Studios only for Wynncraft to be completely ignored by Hypixel's servers with their ridiculous budget that Riot Games threw into their faces.

 

I was just saying that in the context that the person was speaking they said Wynn needs no other servers when we are talking about a new game.
