Would love to continue ranting about the ethics of Ambrosia (rich people loaning money) and Ambrosia (newspaper) being the same company and further talk about how easily information can shape people's opinions.

But the most manipulative market-related thing I can found in volume III is telling people that daggers are becoming worth more (when more people "know" something is worth more they are willing to buy it for more, making the people who already have them gain more money).
But that effect is so minor, the text as written is 100% non-opinionated fact and it doesn't even give specific advice on what to do with that information like "so if you want a mythic dagger buy it asap. The price is rising! Don't have the money? Take out a loan at Ambrosia."
So for volume III's review of Corporation Controlling The News, the fact that the most manipulative part is barely manipulative and could easily have been made much more manipulative makes me unable to really make a solid argument against Ambrosia's partiality towards itself for this volume.

That's a compliment btw.

who be saying that they need to undercut subscribers? The Subscription tax cut has no impact on that. It simply reduces the amount of money subscribers have to pay on top of the price the items have been put up for so that less money is being removed from the game. It has 0 impact on anyone but the person buying items with the subscription.
