Well, sorry, but unless it's blatantly obvious you are being sarcastic, we can't tell for sure.
Also, it's the debate, so you should put jokes and sarcasm aside as this isn't the place for it. It's only natural of me to assume you are being serious in a debate thread.

I know how you feel. I remember when I had high expectations before Gavel and how I thought Gavel would fix everything wrong with the game. Obviously, it didn't and I felt disappointed again because of how incomplete it is. Though now when I look back on it, it wasn't worth it to have those kind of expectations. Wynncraft simply isn't a professional game. It's nobody's fault, it's just how it was from the beginning. There are many reasons from the difficulty of coordinating volunteers who are in school across different time zones to working with minecraft's code. You just can't expect a free to play minecraft server to give the same experience as a crowd funded indie game. If Wynncraft was a crowd funded indie game with its own software/engine or was the size of Hypixel, then it would be appropriate. The fact that it's a MMO is also why Wynncraft can't have the same standards as if it was only a RPG.

Now I'm not trying to bash any CT member or the Admins. I respect them and the work they put into this game, and despite its flaws I choose to come back to it. Unlike most other servers, I like how they are engaging with the community and try to be as transparent as possible.

What I'm trying to say is, it's no use to be frustrated to the point where you are now. If you want to get a good RPG experience, go play classic titles like Mass Effect or The Elder Scrolls Online. You should still hope that Wynncraft always improves, but you need to recognize the limits of the game. I hope I wasn't offensive or anything, just that you aren't frustrated with the game.

 

I guess I agree. I can't expect Wynncraft to be alike some indie RPG game, but when I think aboout how Wynn used to be, it obviously can improve.
Gavel is an amazing expansion in my eyes, it showed me the true potential of Wynncraft. Even when seeing efforts of particular staff member/content team, you clearly see will is there. Is just that Wynn is missing some things which could sky rocket it's quality. Wynn is an unpolished diamond and just needs a bit of a touch. I seriously hope CT understands that. Admin team is amazing, the combination of them, and they can turn Wynn into something huge. The obvious potential is the reason I'm still here.

 

Well, we will see after this update how far they've come.

 

some people barely have 2 stax of le while others have whole bank classes full with stax of le , thats the problem the majority of the wynncrafts community has no money while a handful of people hold all of the wealth

 

And definitely hold out to see refactor! That's probably the big game changer for wynn.

 

Is it this update by any chance then? I remember they've been working on it since the Gameplay update.
