Upon finishing wynn excavation site c, the last line of dialogue goes like this

• Excavator Placardus: I suggest you leave, before the guards get here and you meet the same fate as Amadel. Our power is limitless; armies, resources, even royalty are on our side. We are the eye. We see all. Be gone.

We are the Eye. We see all.

We also get

Our power is limitless; armies, resources, even royalty are on our side.

Royalty

In addition to that, when starting the quest wynn excavation site d, king of troms seems to know a a lot about wynn excavation which sums up to Royalty

Later in the quest, you encounter Traitor Thomas who is on your side, in the dialogue, he says

Now if you would excuse me, I have to hunt for the lost map fragments of Dernel. I'm sure these eyes have something to do with it...
