Wynn Excavation Theory???

Eh, sorry, I never saved it to my Google Drive and the forums reset took it out :/
The gist of it was that the four crystals each had a fragment of a God-like power based off of a different terrain, (Yellow: Sand/Dry, Purple: Corruption/Decay, Green: Jungle/Nature, and Red: Magmalands) all of them leading to the next and being hunted by a cult, who uses the "Eye of Wynn" as their logo. I compared it to how it seems like Dan Brown's "Angels and Demons" with the whole cult/illuminati aspect, and how the Ragni King was a part of it. Shortly after, Grian said "Their eyes are watching us, lurking in the shadows."

 

I apologize if I copied anything. If it was before the wipe, then it pre-dates my coming to the forums

I have not gotten there yet, and my research is a bit lacking on the new Gavel stuff. I like where you are going though. If you want to explain further, I would be happy to listen!

I believe he is called Naragath the Demon Prince, but I'm not sure (If anyone could confirm/correct, that would be great).

Another thing, since Eyes are a driving force, the quest Shadow of the Storm has a lot to do with ender eyes, and quite a few miscellaneous buildings through out Gavel have ender eyes. These are houses from Llevigar to Dogovi. Ahmsord and Kaedo-Bado from what I've explored, didn't have any eyes in the buildings.

Another thing about the Eye of Blood - the quest NPC said that it came from a distant jungle in Wynn, could it possibly be the Dernel Jungle?

 

I am not sure I have heard about that quest. Could you fill me in?

 

The eye of blood is from a quest called Eye of the Storm. It takes place in Gavel, and involves the pit of despair with the giant hand coming out of it.

Spoiler: Quest Summary

The start NPC, Arwes tells you that he is the last of a religious sanctuary called the house of Talor. He tells you that after the decay began to spread, the other members took it as the gods deserting them, and formed a cult to worship demons instead. He asks you to save a sacrifice they have captured, and once you return, he tells you to go to Lexdale and find the former Mayor. The Mayor tells you of the pit of despair, and asks you to escape and find Rismor the wizard. Rismor tells you that the cultists most likely used the eye of blood to summon the hand, and once you get a scroll for him to cast a protective spell, you can go into the pit. One of Rismor's acquaintances is in the pit, and he casts a spell to weaken Naragath. After battling Naragath, he drops the Eye of blood, and you can take it back to Rismor. Before the quest ends, Rismor also says "I doubt this will be the last time we encounter those from the realm of darkness".
