Wynn Excavation Site A

Hey I'm not sure if this is where I should post this but could you reset the quest Wynn Excavation Site A I and a few other people that I have met and someone on the report center on Github are all having the problem where after talking to Vade getting the text translated and giving it to him and him saying hey um kid you should stay outta this. Well than I explored the tomb did the puzzle and now our quest books say talk to vade and tell him what you found. But when I talk to Vade he just tells me to get the translation well guess what he took it from me and now I cant get it back I am 50% done with all quests I really don't want to end up with like 95% just because this quest glitched out on me oh and I have tried /fixquests it says I have no missing quest items I think the glitch is caused by vade's item detection resetting after a server reset and him forgetting that I gave him the item but the quest book doing its job and remembering so now since the /fixquests relies on the same system as the quest book it thinks that I don't need this item but the quest does I don't mind doing the quest and the people I have met have said the same could you please reset the quest

 

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

 

1. Do you know what is called "punctuation"?

2. Try /fixstart, which resets that particular stuck quest. It should work.

 

thanks I didn't know about the /fixstart command

 

doing /fixstart just made it try to fix the starting quest so I guess I'm SOL
