Nami

You see some military guys are starting to head out of the town

A. Follow them (and maybe ask questions)

I'll follow them and ask what's happening.

 

Nami

Troop: "We got a report from an assistant that his boss has gone insane from drinking a potion that was supposed to give him high ends of power. Potions such as that are highly illegal because of the amount of power it can give you. We were assigned to go check it out and neutralize the threat because depending on how powerful the potion was, he could destroy Deltas, and that cannot happen."

A. Free Action

 

Nami: "Can I come? I have assisted Ragni a little, so I may be of use."

 

Nami

Trooper: "Are you that girl that was on TV? The one that stopped those bandits? I usually advise against civilians getting into this kind of stuff, but if your the one that saved Ragni, you can come along if you'd like."

A. Go
B. Stay behind
C. Free Action

 

Nami: "Yes that was me. Let's go, I guess."

I follow them.

 

Nami

You reach the hut after about 2 minutes. It really wasn't that far away from the town. They break down the door and go in like a standard swat mission. There's no one inside, however there is a ladder in the corner leading downwards. The troops start moving to go down it, 1 at a time so they don't all die if someone shoots upwards. Around you are a couple potions and ingredients. Nothing else really.

A. Take some potions after they've gone down (none of them are the illegal kind, but you don't actually know what they are. Emergency hope potion?)
B. Follow them down after everyone's gone down
C. Leave
D. Free Action

 

I grab a couple potions as I go to the ladder to follow them.

 

Nami

You grab 2 potions and go down the ladder. At the bottom is a room glowing from glowstone, a substance you've never seen before. (because the portal hasn't been opened, so it shouldn't exist yet.) The walls are lined with shelves of potions and ingredients that you assume are illegal, some looking like souls in jars and villager noses. The troops did some hand motions to each other and got in a circle formation. They start thoroughly scanning the walls for any sign of anything. After about 13 seconds, 1 of them seems to spot something, motion to the group, and in a second right before they all fire you can make out a figure, like something would look if they were using an invis potion. It bolts out straight towards the circle of troops and does something that sends them all flying against the walls. They keep firing but it doesn't seem to hurt him much. (The troops have laser guns)

I'll jump back and fire a beam of light magic at the witch.

 

Nami

You fire a beam of light magic. It hits head on. It doesn't seem to have really hurt him, but he seems to be doing slower movements than before and you can actually see him now. The light seemed to effect the potion he is using some. He looks at you angrily and throws a potion. You can't tell what it is but you may not want to stay where you are and find out.

A. Get out of the way

GET OUT OF THE WAY!

 

Nami

You got out of the way in time. The potion hit the wall and it started to grow purple stuff. The troops hit his knees to make him fall down and smashed a potion they got from their bag over his head and it seemed to weaken him severally. He hit them of and got up. He's trying to run to the shelf of potions left of you.

I'm going to stop him by slashing him with my rapier, following up with a stab.

 

Nami

You slashed him and attempted to stab, but it didn't go in like it should. He still seems to have some of the powerful potion left. However the stab pushed him into the shelf, knocking some potions onto his head. He's kinda imploding on the floor. The troops throw their special potions on him and get back against the opposite wall. It seems the affects of the powerfull potion are almost worn off, and the new effects are kinda killin him.

A. Get to the wall with the troops
B. Stab him again
C. Free Action
