if it doesnt work on quest ends, why did i go from lv. 70 to 77 with 1 quest ( site D)

That is completly impossible:

That would take you 9,534,000 xp but Site D only gives 600,000!
Even with triple xp and all three zhight potions:
600,000 * 3 * 1.15³ = 2,737,575
Or for a stacking effect:
600,000 * 3 * 1.45 = 2,610,000
Both is about 2.5 levels (around lvl 70).
