Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question, but I am interested in purchasing access to the beta testing via rank, and would like to know if the progress I earn during the beta would carry over to the live game when the update releases for everyone.

    Thank you!

I'm pretty sure you do. for the 2.0 beta it was publicly available for about a week or two and I could access all of my existing classes on the beta. Besides, how would anyone test endgame content with busted builds on the beta if progress didn't carry over?

however, your progress from the beta will not carry over once the update goes live.

Assuming nothing has changed from previous betas, you will have all of your classes as they are at the start of the beta. They will not update with anything you do on the actual servers, nor will anything you do carry over to the actual server, i.e. if you make a class on the actual server once the beta has started, it will not show up in the beta, if you find a perfect idol on the beta, you will not have a perfect idol on the actual server.
