Why are long quests not long?

Sometimes i look at a quest and see "long", so im kinda lazy to do it but it always ends up taking 2s to complete…
So the result is that all quests over lvel 85 are "long"
Why is that? Some quest the ToA or the Temple of Legends are really long, but most arent…
The quests lvl 70 to 80 are long cuz they have a lot of cinematics
I think the length qualifications for all quests should b reviewed because it is not a trustable indicator…
