Which Is Better?

I plan on starting a new class tommorow and I wanna do either alchemism or cooking so i wanna hear which is better

 

Alchemism gives better boosts but lasts shorter, food lasts very long but the effects have less impact. It's up to personal preference I guess.

Potions if you want to try and make skill pots 2.0 or cooking if you want to literally become a meme as a chef and work with Hamsey for the rest of your life.
In all seriousness though personally if I were to actually get into crafting I'd prefer going alchemy to make potions for definitely not blazing through things but eh.

I choose cooking cuz you can make insane hpr, % melee dam or poison with some of dat stuff
