Look above it might give you some ideas. Lvl 89 Greaves of the Veneer might be an option instead of crystal, definitely want to use vital, and Scorpio is only 2 levels away

Ok. Just warning you though, holding grandmother slowly kills you, so bring pots and only hold it during fights. Other times maybe buy a health regen bow and hold that.
