budget basicly no mythics and most legends (i dont got a master voucher)

Type of Build: Tank against all elemental damage, good health regen. - So I would be able to survive without potions - I don't want a lot of negatieve elemental defenses. I also want to have a good defense against ranged mobs - atm I'm really weak to those-.

Elements you want in the build: Doesn't matter, as long it is tanky - rainbow is allowed, fire.. etc.
ID's you want: Health regen/lifesteal
