Ok, welp the problem sort of is....
You can't really make a qira solo build for a level 87 with 13 le
Anyway, here is the build - you can get it for 13 le if you have the third eye and the rewind

but seriously I can grind for gear so budget doesn't really matter so much
and I have a third eye i can use and some clock items
so yey

 

Maelstrom (no idea what level you are, but for this one I guess I will give you a lvl 100 build). If you want Hive Infused Bow works too, if you don't want a mythic.

well you aren't that op, something at this level is hard to get op, especially with that type of build. But I would say if you are using those items you are on the right track!

I focus my Playstyle around Agility and Strength, and I am really stubborn about changing it. I've already made a thread and asked a few different people, I want as many opinions as I can get so I can compare and select the best build.

(p.s. nothing with high def or dxt requirements)

Type of Build: Pure Melee, no spell damage. Defense doesn't matter.
Elements you want in the build (EX: Air and Thunder): Earth, Thunder, and Air
ID's you want: >100% Melee damage, somewhat high walk speed, high tier attack.
Items you want to use (optional): Centipede (bought one recently) and Chestplate of Ineptitude.

I die cind of easy in wars, could you make another build (dont need to have mr or sd)

 

If you die easily in wars as a mage with THAT build, I think its your own problem

Budget: I'll go all the way for a good build. (I have like 60LE in total so don't go crazy plz. kthx)
Type of Build (EX: Tank): Strong spell damage (Meteor) with good amount of poison. (I also care a lot for elemental defences, and not so much for health amount).
Elements you want in the build (EX: Air and Thunder): Mud: Water & Earth ( + Poison)
ID's you want (EX: Walk speed and Mana Regen): Mana regen, Poison, No negative life/mana steal, Water damage increase (By %).
Items you want to use (optional): I'm currently using almost maxed poison scorpio, I'm using T6 Water Reqiuem as my main wand, and the VoidStick (the one you purchase in the Void Village) with 2 T6 Earth. Both of the sticks do around 6k damage (I have 2000\3 poison).

 

you shouldn't die considering heal spell if it you get 20 hit.....

 

There are lots of mobs in guild wars so it becomes a one hit

Budget: Over a million emeralds (Four and a half stacks of LE)
Type of Build (EX: Tank): Strong spell damage (for meteor) and mana regen, while still having decent life/defense.
Elements you want in the build (EX: Air and Thunder): Water and Air
ID's you want (EX: Walk speed and Mana Regen): xp bonus is usually what I choose my equipment by, but I can part with it.. Anything that helps spell attacks and mana regen.
Items you want to use (optional): Optional point not taken.
