Powders just put w/e you want as long as they are fire/water
iirc shajea has 3 slots so put 2 fire 1 water

 

The raw points 100% depend on the ids of your blue mask. for powders mainly do thunder, because that is what is gonna boost your damage

Hmm, I can't really see what you're going for. It looks like rainbow/air kinda, so uh idk. You should replace Third Eye with Nii Helm and Scorpio with Sodetas.

 

I was going for mana regen and agility
to avoid everything and strike with spells like smoke bomb
btw I sold the sodetas on my assassin
so I got none

 

Hmm, then your build is good I guess. Use Wavedash and maybe Leggings of Desolation if you're not using a water weapon.
