Nope, Rage only affects earth damage.
Just put air and water for specials and you're good.

this build is mainly for supporting large groups through running around and healing and healing/defense is my main priority

Well, whismy was good walk speed. This build is good for getting to players quick to heal them and you're tanky enough with this build. Phoniex Wing would work. I would do requirements in all than rest Intel
