Where Should I Grind At Level 97-101?

    The spawnrate, while high, wasn't high enough to make the higher XP per mob worthwhile. I had to constantly do /class to respawn the mobs, and even then, I only killed 5-8 at a time.

    Those have a teleport spell. The teleport spell does damage, which does enough knockback to knock me off the fence and get swarmed. Again, I don't do damage fast enough because I have an XP set.
