if you break the -xp% cap the -% will start turning positive

 

If he gets twice the xp he currently has the xp will overflow and go to 0
Then he'll be a level 101 with 0 xp

Based on what I know about Java, that's how it works.

So like he passed the 32-bit signed integer limit which then overflowed into negative
So now the server thinks he has -2147483648 XP (plus a little bit, since I doubt he hit the exact limit) and will treat that as if it's normal
The XP that he gets afterwards will just be added to that like it would be normally
So eventually he'd reach 0 xp, and then he'd be positive again.

 

it should go up once it reaches the limit not reset the xp.

 

Wait I think we're talking about the same thing but using different wording
By reset I mean that eventually it will go back to zero, but then if he does more stuff then it will go up. But that would be indistinguishable from if he just did no grinding at all on the class and then just started levelling it up
