Honestly, I think selvut should just stop making uniques at this point(except for boss altar items) Basically, we have waaaay too many of them, and they serve no purpose in builds. I understand that they're supposed to be substitutes for rares and legendaries, but for most people, rares and legendaries aren't that hard to find/buy.
