What's The First Thing You Will Do When Gavel Comes Out?

First thing I'll do when Gavel comes out: Smack Grian's butt.
Second thing I'll do when Gavel comes out: Smack Salted's butt.
Third thing I'll do when Gavel comes out: Smack Jumla's butt.
Fourth Thing I'll do when Gavel comes out: Cry because Jumla deleted Gavel from the shock of getting his butt slapped.

 

First thing I'll do is probably doing the first quest for Gavel. And then I'll enter Gavel.

Wait for about a week or so since the servers probably will be crashing non-stop coz of the overload from all the players who are gonna join.
When I do join, I'll murder anyone who tells me any spoilers about Gavel if they already went there >:D
I'll do what everyone else will probably do, run around and explore as much as I can and try to familiarize with the directions and stuff like that without looking at the map on the website.

 

3 possible things I can do in this situation:

1. The logical thing:
Go do all the quests I can do and try to get to lv. 100 fastest

2. The nice thing:
Welcome all the people who come to gavel

3. What I will probably do:
Start a rave at the first city

 

Rush lv 100 on Mage for old time's sake then enjoy everything later

 

I'll probably log on, do some new quests, then fight that giant worm that was in the trailer

 

When Gavel comes out, what am I going to do?
1. Wait until the weekend passes and let the servers cool down a bit.
2. Start up Minecraft with OptiFine and explore Gavel with 32 render distance.
3. Put up with the 3-bar connection

What would I like to do if I could?
1. Crack open a Mtn. Dew (actually I could still do this)
2. Boot up my $2000 desktop PC
3. Explore Gavel with the shaders mod while getting 400 FPS
4. Enjoy 50 MBPS internet

 

I'm going to run along the top of the fences in cinfras, and ask:
"What is gavel??" With my level 75 class

 

Put on my spectacles and get my cane, so I can go tell my grandchildren.

I got a solution for server overload, make 1 hour ban sessions, i'll explain, whoever get's to play for 1 hour, gets banned for a day, then whoever next gets to play for 1 hour, gets banned again. And so on for a week or so. That will make everyone able to play :P

 

Look at the computer in the morning.
Check the forums for updates.
Realized I missed the day for signing up to the whitelist server.
Realized I don't need to because Gavel's already been released to the public.
Moan about it for a while cause I had missed an entire week of Gavel cause I was climbing mountains (legit, I'll be gone in a week, for another week of climbing mountains).
Stop whinging and get online.
Slay as many orc's as I see.

I'm hopeing that the cities are in the order I think they are. If they are then I'll go to detlas and buy like 10 tp scrolls, then I'll sail to gavel, go to Llevingar, then Cinfras and do the quests along the way, then I'll go out of gavel, to the area behind dead island, and through the big opening there. From that, I'm hoping that it will lead to Aldorei and I'll do stuff there. Then I'll look for the realm of light portal and explore there. After that I have no idea what I'll do. Probably farm xp.

 

Is no one gonna start from lv1? That's what I'm doing, first thing. Who cares about getting to 100? The feels will be so much different.
