what i think whould be sick in 1.21

-new quests ofc. One of them whould be that you drop on a island alive and have to craft a weapon fight mobs and do puzzels just to get of the island. (Just like a zelda quest from breath of the wild)

-Make the ocean more detailed.
Like under water detailing.

-skill point perks.
There is a whole big as thread about this but to make it simple. if you get like 10 skill point in dexterity you get like 5% more thunder dmg. And with 50 skillpoints you get like 10% thunder dmg and 10% ws some sort of that.

MAKE MYTHICS RED AND FADEBLES PURPLE

-trade spaces bigger

i would add a way to somewhat replay quests (without the rewards but just still a replaying fun kinda thing)

Quality of Life update that focuses not on fixing new things, but overhauling outdated features (make archer actually fun to play, for example) and fixing numerous bugs that have plagued the game for years (Lack of UUID usage, enemies getting stuck in the wall)

Bring back the Nether. Not necessarily as a PVP mode, but possibly an endgame quest.

Fruma would be a good update, but that's not necessarily needed for a while

 

Add a currency that has to do with 64 LE, I call it the "Reinforced emerald"

Even better, don't tell anyone this feature is coming so when they play the new update, they think they find mythics more commonly than fables...

 

Corkus revamp, Withered Factory (or Corrupted Fallen Factory but it sound weird) that have Maxor the Clockwork wither as boss(and a lot of portal 2 reference)
New quest on corkus and a questline can unlock door to fruma in 1.22 Fruma update.(also there is war inside the fruman wall.)

The theme of 1.21? Probably Fruma. If not, then I'd like it to be based around spell customisation/spell trees and to add a lot of QoL features which are still needed (unless 1.20 has added them)

The QoL features in mind are:
1. Quest helmets: REMOVE THEM (Do what was done with the breathing helmet or creeper mask or just find a better way)
2. Prof speed bombs are fundamentally flawed (in the same way as quest xp used to work before 1.14.1. No-one will craft high level gear without them)
3. Equipment degrading at 50% durability. Easy fix; DON'T MAKE CRAFTED ITEMS DEGRADE. If they hit 0% then it's fine and maybe there could be a small amount of degrading in the last couple of %, but it's so fricking stupid that at 50% durability, items get worse. 50% essentially gives items 50% less durability than they actually have.
4. Fix crafted item skill points. I'm sure this is more complicated, but this also links to the previous point. It's unfair that your armour and weapon can pop off and be unusable if you hit 50% and the skill points drop by 1 or 2.
5. Scrap blocks (for the love of all that is pure and good in the universe: PLEASE)
6. Fix CUC (It's been broken for nearly 4 years)

I'm sure there are more things too; however, these are issues that actively are making the game worse at the moment (albeit not in a way that ruins the experience, but in every playthrough or every time I'm doing profs, these things become very obvious/annoying).

 

Creeper mask is still a quest item iirc (yes, you can buy it, but still...

Not just speed bombs, professions are fundamentally flawed. Of they had sane xp requirements we would not need bombs every time we wamt to do profs.

Presumably fixed in 1.20

Tbh I am not sure I really want it. It will be propably hard to introduce it properly, not break the lore and keep the Player a mystery.

 

What is the point of durability if it doesnt degrade....
Also crafted SP act like weapon skill points, they dont allow you to wear anything, just gives you the buff

 

I should degrade when the durability hits 0. (Or maybe in the final 10 to be fair)

Had genuinely forgotten that was how the skill points worked on crafted gear xD I feel like they should just work like regular armour skill points and have a few tweaks to balance it.

Great! So we know that 1.21 isn't round, meaning if it is Fruma, it must be rectangle (or at least have hard edges). If not, then... it still isn't round, but I'm not sure what that means if it doesn't apply to a place.

 

Wait, if we can remeber that SCP-055 is the 1.21 update, is it really it?
