I just want to see what quests people like! I'm applying for gm and am making a quest about a warrior who searched for something that exists everywhere but nowhere. The shadow morph. It randomly appears across wynn and gives you clues to which place it truly resides in, then it shows the true form of its own existence... and you have to fight it. The quest is done but based on your suggestions I can tweak it so you will truly love it. I just want to add some cool little aspects here and there based on what the populous of wynncraft wants, so I'd REALLY appreciate it if you would let me know what you want to see!
    Maybe include things such as:
    - Your favorite quest/favorite quest part
    - Favorite storyline for a quest (or quests)
    - How long should the ideal quest be? For a quest such as the one listed? (A.k.a how many steps?)
    - What level should this be at? 100+? (This also corresponds with where this takes place)
    - What themes do you like for quests like this? A dark theme w/ heavy plot? A mystery theme w/ a side story?
    - Where should this take place? Fruma? Gavel? Wynn?
    - What are some elements in roleplay that you like in wynncraft?
    - Include anything else you want, go for it! :D

Thank you for your time! -SethPRG~

This is a pretty basic fetch quest. It seems pretty short, easy, and shallow, so a lower level would do.

Make it Gavel or Wynn; never include a non-existent feature in an app.

Personally, I think you should add more depth to it or rework it entirely; fetch quests are boring, and shallow ones more so.

I knew that making a fetch quest wouldn't appeal too well, so I added the mystery side to it, maybe I can make it so the warrior trapped it and wounded it in a cave in the Sky Islands, so your job is to go kill it

I was typing up this giant quest suggestion, basically making it the quest I personally wanted, and not anything that anyone else wanted. I realize that never works out for these suggestions, so I have a few ideas of my own.

First off, the Morph should never appear in random locations. The locations should be well hidden, but not just some random spot. It's frustrating if a player has to wait to randomly stumble across the Shadow Morph.

This quest could span multiple levels, if it was big enough, but if you wanted it to be small enough, it should be kept small and concise. Set it in one area, or a whole province, depending on level ranges.

This quest seems like it should be a later game quest, so more steps might improve the experience for players. Possibly make it a 8 or 9 staged quest, with multiple areas the Morph can appear in.

Finally, the Morph itself. It should be a tough boss fight if it's been hyped up a lot, or not so tough if it hasn't been. If the quest was a province-wide adventure, then the boss should be scaled as such, like the CoW or Bob.

If it is a quest in a small area, then keep it like a normal boss fight, like bosses in quests like Bigger Picture, Flight in Distress, or some mid-range dungeons, like Galleons Graveyard.

That's about it! Good luck on your app, and I hope the quest turns out well.

    - Your favorite quest/favorite quest part
    Wynn Excavation B

    - Favorite storyline for a quest (or quests) It has got to be Wynn Excavation because of the puzzles and inmersive environment

    - How long should the ideal quest be? For a quest such as the one listed? (A.k.a how many steps?)
At least 7 stages is long, but not too long.

    - What level should this be at? 100+? (This also corresponds with where this takes place)
Around 80ish, although don't take my word for it, I'm not there yet!

    - What themes do you like for quests like this? A dark theme w/ heavy plot? A mystery theme w/ a side story?
Good themes go along with quests. Wynn exca b has a backstory which immerses you into the story. There is no set theme, only how people look at it. I see a haunted house as spooky, while others may see it as a challenge or fake.

    - Where should this take place? Fruma? Gavel? Wynn?
Wynn, as it will take you back there because all the high level quests are in Gavel.

    - What are some elements in roleplay that you like in wynncraft?
The story. I like having interactivity with the map too.

    - Include anything else you want, go for it! :D
    Things to avoid -
Having the player travel to and from far places (I hate that)
Fetching items that don't have an important meaning in the actual quest
Parts where one class will have an advantage over the other.

    Good luck! I hope you make some awesome quests in the future! (;
