I have the right to choose what i like better, and i don't like 1.9.
And if you don't know, this post you commented on, wasn't a 1.9 hate post, it was a reply to the question: Why you don't like 1.9?

So i put there the things I personally don't like in 1.9.

About the disabling thingy, if a server will disable even a few of these features, some of the community will get mad.

Here's a list of things I like in 1.9:
1. The new end additions
2. The fact that particles are no longer entities
3. Duel wilding
4. The new iron baars and glass pane look
5. The game is now harder



By the way, I don't think that wings are a bad addition, I just don't like them personally.


You see, theres a thing called opinion. and I'm not gonna try to change yours and make you hate 1.9.(I don't even hate it myself, I just don't like the PVP features).

You literally pop on every thread related to 1.9 saying "I hate this because it ruins PvP!!1!!!" You don't think at all in any way, shape or form that some people are gonna find it annoying for you to say this? Considering this, it's fairly obvious why I'm so pissed off at you.

To point out everything that all the 10-year old kids say about PvP being ruined and saying what's actually good about it. Because of this update, it's extremely clear that a large amount of the Minecraft community can't deal with change and are generally really toxic (less toxic than CoD, thankfully).

I know for 100% gavel since it has been said 1.9 will be in the winter.

 

My Opinion: First, and foremost, it's been obvious since early in this thread, that this thread has taken a turn towards anger towards the WynnCraft staff. I have read all too many comments from too many people complaining about how long it's taken for Gavel to come out, and I've read altogether too many comments from people explaining over and over why the time taken is justified. These hate-on-Gavel threads, whether towards the builders, the GMs, or the admins, are just grating on me, and I've talked with several other players who agree with me. These threads need to either chill out, or just stop. There is a Question section for asking about Gavel, and enough has been asked, and answered, that these kind of threads from long time forum members are ridiculous. Many people are frustrated at the time delay, and I'll bet you dollars-to-donuts that the staff feels the same, with one huge difference; some of the staff know exactly why the delay has occurred, and they are frustrated that they can't do things any faster.

Now, this thread has devolved into an MC 1.9 good vs bad argument, that is on the verge of becoming a flame war, if two of the participants don't stop. Enough is well enough. Please, both of you, @yotamdin and @Gartato , and I'm asking you kindly, please stop your arguing. I may not be the calmest of people on the forums, and I've been asked to chill my jets more than once, but I can smell smoke when it's there, and it's here, and for no good reason. Please, calm down, or take your argument into a private conversation. I am enjoying the discussion of 1.9, but there is a separate place for that on the forums, really. So, take your discussion of 1.9 there, please, because the contrast of your opinions is, frankly, interesting.

 

i don't think 1.9 will be out by then, so many things still needed to be tweaked and changed

 

I just picked 1.9 because I cant decide if 1.9 or Gavel will come out first. I know Gavel wont be out till Nov., maybe even Dec.. While I know little about 1.9.
