Well this sounds amazing! No lag yay

 

Actually forget what I said earlier. I have difficulty logging into the server nowadays even though I only have less than 10ms from the proxy server.
Stucks on "Loading terrain" and have to log in multiple times.
I honestly would prefer the old server.

 

Hm, so I'm not the only one? I've been having the same issue for months.

 

You’re certain it’s network lag and not a limitation of your machine, right? If it’s an issue of frame rate tanking, then it isn’t the network’s fault.

If it’s a network issue (such as mobs and other players freezing in place before then fast-forwarding to where they really are), then you can ignore me :)

 

Um... I'm pretty sure Minecraft doesn't show 1-2k ping when you're not able to connect to a server, 300/400 ms should be enough to prevent you from joining in, so I don't know what the hell that's about. 1-2k!?

 

Yeah it's a network issue. Oddly I rarely had this problem until after this update.

Heh, not too long ago, those were insanely fast speeds.

 

Oh so the proxies are still here. I was so scared cuz I thought they removed when I see 200ms again lol. Thanks for clarifying

 

I have the same problem too, it's been going on ever since the maintenance. The only way I can log in to wynncraft is by using a vpn, so I figured the problem is with the proxy side. Ty

 

There's a whole Japanese and Chinese community in Wynn. They're a bit hidden with their own discord servers and so on (not official ones).

 

It still gets stuck on Loading Terrain for quite long but eventually able to log in.

Edit: random lag happens when you are playing the game, and just ends up disconnecting.

I am glad to see Wynncraft has arranged so many(18 dots on the map) proxies in China.
I have extremely fluent gameplay in 7:00-9:00, but proxies do not work well from 10:00 to 24:00(GMT+8:00).
Both geographical distance and packet loss might be the reason, the proxies are there to solve the problem though.
May the Eye is watching us.

Tried connecting to a server with prof bombs after it was announced, then somehow got disconnected when trying to join it, and can't connect to the server after multiple server refreshed.
Also random times you get random lag that kicks you out. I really hate all these new system.

I am just pissed at this point.

 

I would wait a day or two just because as they said, they're still in the process of moving over services to the new data host, and they still seem to be tweaking stuffs here and there (as you see, Jumla has been posting changes on the comments on this thread every now and then)

 

It's mostly fine for the first few days, but since yesterday it has been like this.
Tried restarting router/computer, didn't work, tried different IP addresses (lobby. and play.), they didn't work.
I was just upset over how i missed a profession party because of disconnections like this when I could have gotten in (30~ people when i tried connecting to it).
And there always be a random interruption when playing the game, happens every few minutes and I can't play the game normally, just keeps getting disconnected every few minutes.

 

Yeah I know what you mean, I've been getting that too (missed the 5hour long? wc41 prof party today D:)
But I'm being hopeful because at the very least, this is the first time I've ever been able to log onto Wynncraft without a vpn thanks to a proxy in South Korea (presumably Seoul)
