Ohhhh. So basically mehme is talking about aliens, saying "we are not alone". He believed that someone had tampered with the meteor to make them crazy. Keep in mind, meteors come from space. Also, the worm from taproot that started the decay seems to have come from a meteor.

 

It's a very complicated set of puzzles.

Alright so I got up to the 'boiler' room (or storage room, whatever the room after the invisible block parkour was) and had seen the end lore room about Sohso but I'm pretty sure he's not confirmed to be dead.
