They have yet to add the Molten Heights storyline. I think that comes before Fruma.

Molten Heights will be the next update I imagine, and as the re-coding is going on, I think that they will start re-doing a lot of the old quests and adding a handful of new quests in some updates, just so that everything is up to the same great standard rather than having some amazing high level content, but then a few over-played basic low level quests.

Also, after Molten Heights, I feel like they should add more low level quests just to keep the replayability there, currently I don't want to start a new class because I'll only have 3 new revamped quests up to level 83 XD

 

I just want the Gavel dungeons, damn it.

I also can't wait for Jumla to revamp the 4 year old code, oh, and the item rebalances as well, thankfully the latter is kind of happening right now.

 

On the bright side, after Jumla gets an anti-spill coffee mug fixes his code, everything else should start rolling out faster. Let's just hope that actually happens soon.
