Go for nirvana over inferno. I would definitely recommend nulli over inferno and nirv. I think you can get one with good ids for cheaper than a good nirv (nirv is a little ID reliant) and it gets better defense and damage than inferno (basically just a better inferno).

For the nirv build, I’d suggest getting a 3/4ms nirvana. Mr isn’t too relevant. Then hp/spell as you wish. I use a 3/4ms with 0% mr and hp rolls with green spell and it works fine

Isn't nulli also kinda ID reliant? It's got ms too and also ls.

It's ID reliant, but it's price doesn't vary a ton with useable ids. A good nulli probably costs less than a kinda bad nirv.
