Maybe you could make it so that you only heal 30% of your max hp and have the "pulse" skill heal 50% of your total water dmg ((1+skill points %buff )x wand dmg) for 3 secconds?

1. Yes, assassin sure can deal great damage...once you get your skill points.
2. combo huh, in order to get into the position of battle using vanish, you already used up most of your mana, how you're saying u use smoke bomb spin attack and multihit at the same time? where did the mana come from? you domt expect everyone to have 15 thousand million mana regen right, as i have quoted right above this passage "assassin need to consider mana steal, mana regen, health steal, health regen, poison and damage. Spreading out his power into all these parts just make him weak and vulnerable", even if we get good mana cost and stuff, what about all those item buff that we gave up in order to exchange for mana regen? what about our defense and damage we gave up for the mana reduction?
3. vanish is the only spell giving us speed, without that, we would walk even slower than certain mobs, and get hit from behind.
4. how do you use horse in a pakour that literally all classes except assassin can just skip. i am talking about mid distance travel if you dont know what im talking about.

1. no one uses arrow shield anymore, i have never seen anyone using it at least
2. bomb arrow bounces up 5 TIMES WITH INSANE DAMAGE AND AOE. is is suppose to get that huge mana cost
3. surprise strike can stun enemy, you can escape during the stun
4. you can always corner enemy while using arrow storm

goddamn it how many times do i.have to repeat and repeat the same thing all over and all over again and again

Lol dude I'm a Lvl 85 assassin and haven't rly found any problems yet. I easily win people in PvP, and in PvE, just don't spam the skills. Assassin is as versatile as any other class if you now to use them.

Sounds good to me. Reliable healing at the cost of a lower avg level of healing? Good to me.

Although I'd rather have it be

(30% of max hp) X (1 +(intel% /100))

With pulse being

(5% of max hp) X (1 + (intel %/100))

As of right now my archer can literally bypass most high spell costs but at the cost of alot of Skill points as my archer is currently water/air based. I haven't played much Wynncraft but from what i'm hearing arrow storm has been nerfed to a point where its only useful in small spaces and well that kinda makes it impossible to use as a massive damage dealer due to the fact that archers have 60% defense and get shredded alive by any mob.

I killed a person 10+ levels above me with arrow storm... In an open space. Or does knockback not count in pvp?
