What Happened to the Aspect of Fatal Fulguration?

I've searched through all the change logs, I've checked the wiki, I've checked the website, and nothing to note anything about the Aspect of Fatal Fulguration being removed from the game. The only thing I can find is the rebalancing for the aspect, but that was still last year. The wiki has all the aspects up to date but still shows this one along side them. The wiki shows 11 fabled mage aspects, but there are only 10 in game, and 10 on the website. Did they remove the aspect?
