What Do I Do With My Random Items(im Very New)

Hey! I started playing recently.
While grinding, my Inventory and ingredient pouch fills up with so many random mob drops and items
My bank is also very full. Do I need to safely store items such as "Bat ears, Rotten flesh, Wheat strings, forest webs, etc"

I am hesitant to drop these items because I'm worried i will need them later and I don't know what half of them do

Those stuff are used for crafting and I am lvl 95 rn and I haven’t needed them, so for now I’d just throw them out. I just keep unidentified items, powders, quest items, emeralds mainly

if you're not into professions at the moment, you could sell those ingredients through your ingredient pouch for some extra emeralds
