I just find it quite useless as there really isn't anything worth buying there. I have never gone to rymek because i needed to buy something. It just seems like it didn't need to be added in the first place, or at least that is my opinion

It would be a bank.... An actually bank. Put money in and take money out.

 

Yeah there is no good way to stop the inflation but we can slow it down, like if durability would be added to items so you would have to spend emeralds to repair them from time to time. Not even mages could avoid a sink like that unlike potions.

Also quest rewards should get a major nerf.

Im not sure if this would be able to dupe, but why not implement a cheque system. It could be easily implemented with a some quest from some banker npc. Each cheque would be created through using an npc which would give a special value to the cheque just like Mythics and other items with stats have.

As a money drainer, why not implement a tavern where you can gamble the game currency, thats how casinos work anyway.

 

The only time Rymek is useful is when you need to buy the torturo hide and they only sell it in rymek.

If we did add another rung on the currency ladder, it wouldn't have to be called a name related to phases of matter. Perhaps a name like Emerald Extract or Concentrated Emerald.

 

YES YOU MENTIONED ZIGHT MONEY. Zhight money should just be updated for shops period. No need for a new currency.

 

I HATE DURABILITY! THE ONE THING I LIKED ABOUT WYNNCRAFT WAS HOW I DIDN'T NEED TO REPAIR ANY ITEMS!!! +Real game question... what if you were in the middle of a boss fight? For example, a boss in LI... Someone had a suggestion about this (on another thread about money sinks), where different rarities have different durabilities. For example, a Legendary item will have 250/250 durability. But in the middle of a boss fight, don't you think you will use more the 250 hits on say, Qira? She has nearly 400k hp, and most legendary weapons have at max, 1k damage... 400/1=400, meaning 400 hits>250, and your weapon will break halfway through the fight... And that would also give an unfair advantage to slower attack speed because they won't lose their durability as fast as compared to a super fast attack speed [meaning by the time the slower weapon breaks, the slower weapon will have outlasted and done more damage than the faster weapon]. And also, when you are fighting, and your weapon breaks, what are you supposed to do, just wait for the boss to finish you off? Not everyone has a backup weapon...

I think they are fine the way they are... And if anything, not a MAJOR, but maybe a minor one...

But, let us stay on topic... I would think the next currency (if we even have one) would be a bucket of liquid emeralds [BEL]. This would make sense since Emeralds (solid)> Emerald block (supersolid/compressed)> Liquified emerald (liquid)> Bucket of Liquified Emeralds (super liquid).

 

one way to fix the economy for some time is adding a new level cap (as 150) (levels 101 would be 101 as a bonus, but to get from level
100 to 101 the xp requirement would be lower, doing that, a new currency could be added, since the quests would give more money (the items would be worth more )
