The main thing we know is that there are absolutely no wars inside its walls, which admittedly is not all that much to go off of

 

A bunch of the stuff in the borderlands. That area seems to be full of unexplained mysteries.

Does anyone know the Seaskipper Captain's real name

 

He tells us on one of his dialogs that his name is an ellipsis

 

cap. i think, does he??? i remember he nearly tells us his name but. i looked all over and i cant find anything supporting this. u sure??

The ... is called an ellipsis
