Sounds easy, but in reality its really hard to time all that and at the same time play the game normally.

 

No cool down, no worries, just click that macro button as fast as your fingers can handle it. As long as the macro ONLY fires ONE spell. Or, if you're crazy, one macro button firing one melee. Although, the delay on that, would make it a really weird thing to do. And some of us are really weird. But that's pushing it a bit far. So, um, where was I?

Some mice have buttons on the side of them. Bind WASD to those.
